Curved brackets
The curved cylindrical brackets produced by NCM are made from 60 mm diameter tubes welded longitudinally by induction, in S235JR steel according to UNI EN 10219-1-2. They are curved with a radius of 600 mm and have a standard inclination of 5 degrees.
The double brackets consist of two single brackets cut and joined by welding approved by the Italian Welding Institute, performed in accordance with UNI EN ISO 15614.
They are designed for attachment to the pole top by securing with 6 M10 bolts; they are provided hot-dip galvanized in a bath of molten zinc, in accordance with UNI EN ISO 1461.

The brackets are CE marked through the application of an adhesive label (No. 1608 CPD P028).
The brackets are produced by a company certified to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 and authorized to issue the CE marking in accordance with current legislation (DPR 246/93, 89/106/EEC, 93/68/EEC). The label, certifying compliance with CE standards and affixed to each bracket, must indicate the following: reference standard EN 40-5, manufacturer’s code, year of manufacture, product code, and the CE marking authorization certificate number.

The brackets are made of S235JR steel, with characteristics in compliance with the UNI EN 10219-1-2 standard.

The dimensional tolerances comply with the UNI EN 1090 standard.

CURVED DOUBLE CYLINDRICAL BRACKETS model SD20C
The curved cylindrical brackets model SD20C produced by NCM are made from 60 mm diameter tubes welded longitudinally by induction, using S235JR steel in compliance with UNI EN 10219-1-2. These brackets are curved with a radius of 600 mm and have a standard inclination of 5 degrees.
The double brackets consist of two single brackets cut and joined by welding approved by the Italian Welding Institute, performed according to UNI EN ISO 15614.
They are designed to be mounted at the ends of poles with a final diameter of 60 mm, secured with 6 M10 bolts. They are provided hot-dip galvanized through immersion in a molten zinc bath, in accordance with UNI EN ISO 1461.

Dimensional Tolerances: UNI EN 1090.
Any painting, after galvanization, with a color selected by the Project Management, is applied using a thermosetting powder coating process. Each individual bracket will be protected with bubble wrap.
