Curved brackets

Curved brackets produced by NCM, made from 60 mm diameter tubes longitudinally welded by induction, in S235JR steel UNI EN 10219-1-2. They are curved with a radius of 600 mm and have a standard inclination of 5 degrees. They are designed for attachment to the pole top using 6 M10 set screws and are supplied hot-dip galvanized by immersion in molten zinc, in compliance with UNI EN ISO 1461.

  • The brackets are CE marked through the application of an adhesive label (No. 1608 CPD P028).

    The brackets are produced by a company certified to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 and authorized to issue the CE marking in accordance with current legislation (DPR 246/93, 89/106/EEC, 93/68/EEC). The label, certifying compliance with CE standards and affixed to each bracket, must indicate the following: reference standard EN 40-5, manufacturer’s code, year of manufacture, product code, and the CE marking authorization certificate number.

  • The brackets are made of S235JR steel, with characteristics in compliance with the UNI EN 10219-1-2 standard.

  • The dimensional tolerances comply with the UNI EN 1090 standard.

    • UNI EN 1461: Hot-dip galvanized coatings on finished ferrous products and steel articles.
    • UNI EN 10219-1-2: Cold-formed welded hollow sections for structural use of non-alloy and fine-grain steels.

CURVED CYLINDRICAL BRACKETS model S20C

 

The curved cylindrical brackets model S20C, manufactured by NCM, are made from 60 mm diameter tubes, longitudinally induction welded, in S235JR steel in accordance with UNI EN 10219-1-2. The brackets are curved with a 600 mm radius and have a standard inclination of 5 degrees. They are designed for attachment to the pole top by means of 6 M10 bolts. They are supplied hot-dip galvanized in a molten zinc bath, in compliance with UNI EN ISO 1461.

Any painting, after galvanization, with a color selected by the Project Management, is applied using a thermosetting powder coating process. Each individual bracket will be protected with bubble wrap.
