Poles for photovoltaic supports

The stepped pole for photovoltaic systems is manufactured by joining tubes of different diameters, with appropriately machined ends. These tubes are assembled using an automated circumferential welding process.

  • The poles are CE marked by applying an adhesive label (n° 1608 CPD P028).

    The pole is produced by a company certified to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and authorized to issue CE marking, in accordance with the current legislation (EU Regulation No. 305/2011). The label, which confirms compliance with CE standards and is affixed to each pole, must include: reference standard EN 40-5, manufacturer’s signature, year of manufacture, product code, and the CE marking authorization certificate number.

  • The poles are made from S235JR steel, with characteristics conforming to UNI EN 10219 standards.

  • The dimensional tolerances comply with the EN 40-2 standard.

    • UNI EN 1461 – Hot-dip galvanizing coatings on finished iron products and steel items.
    • UNI EN 10219 – Cold-formed welded hollow sections for structural use, made from non-alloy and fine-grain steels.
    • UNI EN 15614 – Specification and qualification of welding procedures for metallic materials. Qualification testing of welding procedures.
      Part 1: Arc and gas welding of steels.
    • UNI EN ISO 15609 – Specification and qualification of welding procedures for metallic materials. Welding procedure specification.

STEPPED POLE FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS model RS08BFV

 

The buried stepped pole for photovoltaic systems, model RS08BFV, produced by NCM, is manufactured by joining induction-welded tubes of different diameters, properly machined at the ends, and assembled through automatic circumferential welding.

 

The pole is provided with the following standard features:

. Hot-dip galvanizing by immersion in molten zinc, compliant with UNI EN ISO 1461.

. Cable entry hole measuring 186×45 mm, positioned at 600 mm from the base.

. Grounding support for an M10 bolt, positioned at 900 mm from the base.

 

Materials:
The poles are made of S235 JR steel with characteristics conforming to UNI EN 10219.
The dimensional tolerances comply with the EN 40-2 standard.

CE Marking:
