Reducing top of the pole
Steel reducers are products designed to reduce the opening diameter of existing poles, facilitating the mounting of lighting fixtures or various accessories. They are used in any lighting system and especially in urban furniture applications.
Steel reducers for poles are manufactured by cutting, welding, and processing steel tubes.
Upon customer request, powder coating is available, performed in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 12944 standard.

The steel reducers are CE marked through the application of an adhesive label (no. 1608 CPD P028).
The steel reducers are produced by a company certified to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and authorized to issue the CE marking, in accordance with the applicable legislation (EU Regulation No. 305/2011). The label, certifying compliance with CE standards and applied to each pole, must indicate: reference standard EN 40-5, manufacturer’s trademark, year of manufacture, product code, and the certificate number for CE marking authorization.

The reducers are made of steel type S235JR, with characteristics conforming to the UNI EN 10219 standard.

Any painting, following galvanization, in a color chosen by the Project Management, is carried out using a thermosetting powder coating process. Each product will be protected with bubble wrap.
