Polygonal lighting poles

The conical polygonal pole is made from sheet metal that is cut and press-bent, with the edges joined and longitudinally welded using an automatic welding process.

The final foundation must be verified and approved by the Site Management based on the actual soil conditions.

  • The poles are CE marked through the application of an adhesive label (No. 1608 CPD P028).

    The pole is manufactured by a company certified to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standards and authorized to issue CE marking according to current legislation (EU Regulation No. 305/2011). The label, certifying compliance with CE standards and affixed to each pole, includes: the reference standard UNI EN 1090-1, the manufacturer’s logo, year of production, product code, and the certification number authorizing CE marking.

  • The poles are made of S355JR steel in accordance with UNI EN 10025 standards.

  • Dimensional tolerances comply with UNI EN 1090 standards.

    • UNI EN 1461 – Hot-dip galvanized coatings on fabricated iron and steel articles.
    • UNI EN 10025 – Hot-rolled products of structural steels.

WELDED POLYGONAL POLE (16 sides) model POL182

 

The buried polygonal pole, model POL182, produced by NCM, is made from sheet metal that is cut and press-bent, with the edges joined and longitudinally welded using an automatic welding process.

 

The pole, made in two sections, is provided with the following standard features:

. Hot-dip galvanization by immersion in molten zinc, in compliance with UNI EN ISO 1461.

. Cable entry hole, measuring 186×45 mm, centered at 800 mm from the base.

. Grounding support for M10 bolt, positioned 1400 mm from the base.

. Slot for terminal block, measuring 186×45 mm, centered at 2300 mm from the base.

 

Materials:
The poles are made of S235 JR steel with characteristics conforming to UNI EN 10025.
The dimensional tolerances comply with the UNI EN 1090 standard.

CE Marking:
The poles are CE marked through the application of an adhesive label (No. 1608 CPD P028).
The pole is manufactured by a company certified under UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and authorized to issue the CE marking in compliance with current legislation (EU Regulation No. 305/2011). The label, certifying compliance with CE regulations and affixed to each pole, must display: reference standard UNI EN 1090-1, manufacturer’s initials, year of production, product code, and the CE marking authorization certificate number.

Any additional painting, after galvanization, with colors chosen by the project supervisor, is achieved through a thermosetting powder coating process. Each pole will be protected with bubble wrap.
