Wall support with wall plate
The wall supports are structural components used to support and position lights in a lighting system. These accessories connect light sources to poles or supporting structures, enabling effective light distribution. They are commonly used in street lighting systems, parking lots, and public areas.
Wall supports with wall plate, model PD6-250, produced by NCM, are made from 60 mm diameter tubes welded longitudinally by induction, using S235JR steel in accordance with the UNI EN 10219-1-2 standard. The supports have a standard inclination of 5 degrees and are welded onto a flat rectangular plate for wall mounting.
They are supplied hot-dip galvanized by immersion in a molten zinc bath, in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 1461 standard.
Upon customer request, powder coating is available, performed in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 12944 standard.

The brackets are marked “CE” through the application of an adhesive label (No. 1608 CPD P028).
The brackets are produced by a company certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and authorized to issue the CE marking, in accordance with current legislation (EU Regulation No. 305/2011). The label, certifying conformity with CE regulations and affixed to each pole, must include the following information: reference standard EN 40-5, manufacturer’s code, year of manufacture, product code, and the CE marking authorization certificate number.

The brackets are made of S235JR steel, with characteristics in compliance with the UNI EN 10219-1-2 standard.

STRAIGHT BRACKETS WITH FLAT WALL PLATE, model PD6-250
The straight brackets with a flat wall plate, model PD6-250, produced by NCM, are made from 60 mm diameter tubes welded longitudinally by induction, using S235JR steel in accordance with UNI EN 10219-1-2. These brackets have a standard inclination of 5 degrees and are welded to a rectangular flat plate designed to be fixed to the wall.
They are supplied hot-dip galvanized by immersion in a molten zinc bath, in accordance with UNI EN ISO 1461.

Any painting, after galvanization, with a color selected by the Project Management, is applied using a thermosetting powder coating process. Each individual bracket will be protected with bubble wrap.
