Wall support plate for brackets
The wall support plate for brackets is a component used to attach or connect brackets to a wall. These accessories are often used in lighting systems or structural supports where it is necessary to mount arms extending from the wall to support devices such as lamps, security cameras, or other equipment.
The wall support, model AMS produced by NCM, consists of a square plate onto which a steel tube is welded, suitable for fixing accessories through 6 M10 screws at 120° in two staggered rows. The material used for construction is S235JR steel.
The support plate is provided hot-dip galvanized by immersion in a molten zinc bath in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 1461 standard.
At the customer’s request, powder coating is available, carried out in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 12944 standard.

The wall support plates for brackets are “CE” marked by applying an adhesive label (no. 1608 CPD P028).
The plates are produced by a company certified to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and authorized to issue the CE marking in accordance with current legislation (Regulation EU No. 305/2011). The label, certifying compliance with CE regulations and affixed to each pole, must indicate: reference standard EN 40-5, manufacturer’s code, year of manufacture, product code, and the number of the CE marking authorization certificate.

The plates are made of S235 JR steel with characteristics compliant with the UNI EN 10219 standard.

The dimensional tolerances comply with the UNI EN 1090 standard.

WALL SUPPORT PLATE FOR BRACKETS model AMS
The wall support, model AMS produced by NCM, consists of a square plate on which a steel tube suitable for accessory attachment is welded, secured by 6 M10 screws at 120° in two staggered rows. The material used for its construction is S235JR steel.
The support plate is hot-dip galvanized by immersion in molten zinc in accordance with UNI EN ISO 1461.

Any painting, following galvanization, in a color chosen by the Project Management, is carried out using a thermosetting powder coating process. Each product will be protected with bubble wrap.
