Stepped lighting poles

The stepped pole is considered a traditional product. It is a very simple structure, suitable for multiple uses such as urban and extra-urban lighting.

It is made of steel and is manufactured by forming one end of tubes, which are then joined together through circumferential welding at the stepped sections.

This design serves to provide structural stability while ensuring an aesthetic appearance that blends with the surrounding environment. Stepped poles are used to support public lighting devices, such as streetlights or floodlights, and are installed in various areas such as roads, parks, squares, and pedestrian zones.

Shape: The main feature of these poles is their stepped shape, with distinct sections that decrease in diameter. This design not only provides structural stability but also contributes to a more pleasing aesthetic.

Material: The stepped poles are made of S235JR steel (compliant with UNI EN 10219 standards).

Height: The pole length depends on the application and the lighting requirements of the area. The height and diameter can vary based on the specific project needs. In the standard version, they range from 2.5 meters to 12 meters above ground.

Ground fixing: The poles can be embedded directly into a concrete foundation plinth or anchored to the plinth with ties if they are equipped with a steel plate welded to the base of the pole.

Finish: Stepped poles are supplied with a protective coating consisting of hot-dip galvanization to withstand weather conditions. Painting is available upon request to enhance their durability and visual appearance over time.

Lighting compatibility: Stepped poles are designed to support lighting fixtures. They can include brackets or specific mounts for streetlights, floodlights, or other types of lights.

Urban design: Stepped lighting poles are often designed with the aesthetics of urban areas in mind. The clean lines and modern design can enhance the environmental context.
