Manual mobile crown high masts NEOFAR

The manual mobile crown high masts represent an excellent solution for illuminating roundabouts, squares, or green areas that do not require a large number of floodlights.

Shape and Dimensions: These masts are truncated-cone shaped with a polygonal section, made from S355JR steel plates (UNI EN 10025 standard) through press-bending and subsequent longitudinal welding of trapezoid-shaped plates. They consist of multiple segments, joined together with the slip-on joint method.

Material: The high masts are made from S355JR steel, conforming to UNI EN 10025 standard.

Height: The mast height depends on the application and the area’s lighting requirements. They can vary in height and diameter to meet specific project needs. The standard height ranges from 16 to 20 meters above ground.

Ground fixing: The high masts can either be buried directly in a concrete foundation or fixed to the foundation using anchors embedded in it, if equipped with a base plate welded to the lower trunk of the mast.

Safety and functionality: They are equipped with a manual mobile crown system, allowing maintenance in absolute safety conditions.

The system features an exclusive NCM parachute brake, which engages in case of cable slackening.

At the top of the high mast, a fiberglass dome protects the mechanical and electrical components.

Finishing: The masts are supplied with a hot-dip galvanized protective coating to withstand weather elements. Upon request, they can be painted to enhance durability and visual appearance.

Lighting compatibility: The high masts are designed to accommodate various lighting devices, including floodlights and other accessories. Some masts may also integrate accessories such as photocells for automatic lighting control or mounts for security cameras.

Urban design: The polygonal structure and variety of platforms provide greater design flexibility, making it easier to integrate the masts into the surrounding environment and meet the specific needs of public lighting or large areas.
